CR exists solely for use within supported Xonra services.

* Used to purchase supported digital items.

CR is not intended to function as general-purpose money.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

* CR is not legal tender.
* CR is not a bank deposit.
* CR is not a security.
* CR is not an investment.
* CR does not represent shares in Xonra.
* CR does not represent ownership of Xonra.
* CR cannot be redeemed for cash.
* CR cannot be redeemed for physical currency.
* CR has no guaranteed value outside Xonra.

# 23. CR Has No Investment Value

You must not purchase CR because you expect it to increase in value.

Xonra does not promise that CR will maintain any particular value.

CR may be changed, removed, replaced, or discontinued subject to applicable law.

Xonra does not operate CR as an investment product.

# 24. CR Purchases

If CR is sold for real-world currency, the purchase price will be displayed before the transaction is completed.

Different packages may provide different amounts of CR.

Xonra may establish:

* Minimum purchase amounts.

* Daily limits.
* Monthly limits.
* Regional restrictions.
* Account restrictions.

If CR was incorrectly credited due to an error, Xonra may correct the balance.

Xonra may scan files using automated security systems where reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users, subject to applicable privacy laws and the Xonra Privacy Policy.

If Xonra allows you to generate public or private links, you are responsible for how those links are used.

You must not knowingly use Xonra links to distribute prohibited content.

Xonra may disable links that violate these Terms or applicable law.

# 43. Cloud Storage Availability

Xonra will make reasonable efforts to maintain cloud availability.

However, interruptions may occur due to:
